Free diagnostics! The only place in town that offers this for free when other companies charge $80. They diagnosed my car and then I was able to get a fair assessment at the job that needed to be address. It made me feel at ease.

We have 3 cars, all of which are maintained on a regular basis by Chance. We have been using them for approx. 8 to 10 years and have have great experiences with this company. They review all of the car's history with us and keeps us informed if anything comes up.
Our mechanic of many years told us that we needed to replace the head gasket. We called Chance for a second estimate. They told us that they couldn't give us an estimate without checking the car first. We authorized the inspection and the estimate was WAY less than the other guys....needless to stay, I'm sticking with Chance from now on.
Friendly staff, very fast service, and reasonable price. They needed an air filter for my car but didn't have it. So they had it delivered within about 30 min so that I didnt have to wait too much longer. Overall, I'm happy with my service ...
