I brought my van in to get a new/rebuilt transmission. Jay told me on two different occasions when it would be done. They never called to tell me there was a problem...I ALWAYS had to call them. It took them 10 DAYS!!!!!!! They left my gas tank below EMPTY and my van was so dirty when I got it back. They DON'T care if you need your vehicle done quickly because you have a big family. THEY HAVE...

I have had 3 transmission rebuilt by these guys. The first one went out right after two years, the second went out within 200 miles and they conveniently couldn't find the paperwork on it. And the third has problems with staying in park or even going into park. We have had them look at it and they say there is nothing wrong with it. Three different trucks. If I had known I wouldn't have taken...

They suck worked on my nephew transmission said the put pan gasket in and rebuild the pump pushing Flud out all over the place transmission was missing a part that held the back shaft in place good work guy
