They have taken care of my AC and furnace for years. Excellent and careful service. They have always taken the time to explain options and make recommendations. At one of my earlier homes, they helped with taking care of an old existing AC and helped it last 4 years instead of recommending replacement. Today Caleb took great care of my annual maintenance on my AC.

John, the service guy was on time, very professional, friendly and honest. He told me what the issue was and the price, which I thought was fair, but actually the final was a little cheaper. Kelly & Dawson air conditioning very professional From the time that I called them, the lady that answered the phone and scheduled the appointment was very nice and friendly to the air conditioner tech named Caleb that came out and fix our air conditioner! Caleb was super Friendly and kind! I 100% recommend Kelly & Dawson For any heating or air-conditioning needs! And the price was amazing! Definitely a five star from me! If I have heating or air conditioning needs again, I will definitely be calling them!
Been using them for 10 years and could not be happier. Caleb is professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend to anyone. We have the biannual service which is peaceful of mind. Wish I could give more than 5 stars
