Our AC went out late on a Friday night. Kelly & Dawson were there first thing Saturday morning. The gentlemen was polite, very experienced, and had us back up and running in 30 minutes. The service fee was reasonable as well. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

We've been doing business with Kelly and Dawson Service for a long time, and they’ve always been fantastic to work with. Most recently, our AC went out on a Sunday right when we needed it most. We called Kelly and Dawson, and within just 30 minutes, their technician Caleb showed up at our door. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and had the issue diagnosed and fixed within an hour. I had a great experience with Kelley & Dawson Service! Michelle, the scheduler, was super friendly and found a way to fit me into their busy schedule. Zach, the technician, was very knowledgeable about my Daikin unit. He quickly identified the problem, fixed it, and also cleaned and inspected the unit to make sure everything was running smoothly. He was even patient with all my questions and conversations. If you need HVAC service, I highly recommend Kelley & Dawson!

Had a great experience with Kelly & Dawson. Called on a Friday because our AC wasn't keeping up and desperately needed cleaned. They offered weekend services but we declined opting to wait for a week day appointment. We recieved a call early Monday morning, around 8am and they were out to the house by 11am. Daniel came out, cleaned the unit and did the yearly maintenance. He was very professional and explained everything so it was easy to understand. We will be using Kelly and Dawson for all of our future needs.

They have taken care of my AC and furnace for years. Excellent and careful service. They have always taken the time to explain options and make recommendations. At one of my earlier homes, they helped with taking care of an old existing AC and helped it last 4 years instead of recommending replacement. Today Caleb took great care of my annual maintenance on my AC.
